Due to the non-standard construction of gas pipelines in urban roads and the replacement of management department personnel, the pipeline drawings are accurate, and the actual construction is inconsistent with the pipeline drawings, resulting in endless pipeline breakage in the construction process. Especially in the urban road cross construction caused by the accident, because of the location of the pipeline is not accurate judgment, delay the best repair time. Accurate location and leak point detection of gas pipelines can reduce the probability of accidents and reduce the loss of life and property. To ensure the safe operation of the city.

In summary, with the acceleration of the urban process, the investment of oil and gas pipeline network is getting larger and larger, the engineering projects are increasing, and the demand for professional and technical personnel is growing, but their quality and quantity can not meet the social and market demand. Therefore, in order to improve the detection and detection level of the operation and management of China's oil and gas pipeline network, a group of high-level and high-quality professional and technical personnel are trained.
