Detection process: 

First of all, the test pile is connected to the site. The distance of the oil pipeline to be detected is about 3 kilometers, and the grounding is well handled to make full preparations for the next detection.

Connect the black clip to an iron sheet driven into the ground nearby, the impedance is small, adjust the output current of the transmitter, and reach 2A, the frequency is 3+6+128HZ, the depth of the pipeline is about 2 meters at the beginning of detection, and the back is gradually extended to the mountain, the maximum depth is about 4 meters, the receiver is used with the A-frame for detection, and it is inserted into the earth every 10 meters. Obvious arrow changes can be observed at the damaged part of the pipeline corrosion protection layer, and the DB value is large here.


The location of the damaged points found on the mountain is relatively concentrated, all in the position of the previous construction, and then the detection is carried out along the pipe from the reed, at this time the depth of the detection is about 2 meters, and more than a dozen damaged points are found in the distance of 2 kilometers. Among them, there are four relatively large damage points, which need to be focused on maintenance in the later period. The customer is very satisfied with the effect of the product.

Detection result 

1,. DM in the outer anti-corrosion layer detection, first of all to ground treatment, relatively large current can achieve better results.

2. When the DM is detected by a high-voltage line, it will be interfered by a high-voltage line, and it can be detected at a distance from the high-voltage line 

3. The detection depth of DM is consistent with the buried depth of customer drawings.

4. DM in the process of detecting the outer anti-corrosion layer, can not pass through the pipeline next to the detection, also has a relatively high accuracy.

5. in the construction area or house pressure pipeline detection, it is necessary to shorten the detection distance, A frame as dense as possible to avoid the leak test of the damage point.
